Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Scope
1.1 This Policy applies to payments made to TechWagon Hub LLP, trading as Le Wagon India (the "Company"), for training programmes and for co-working at the Hub.
1.2 Where a User has signed a training agreement, the terms of that agreement prevail over this Policy.
2. Co-working at the Hub (day passes, week passes and private cabins)
2.1 Refunds for cancelled co-working bookings are as follows:
| Time of cancellation | Refund |
|---|---|
| Before 9am IST on the booked day | Full refund |
| From 9am IST on the booked day | 75% of the price of that day. A cancellation fee of 25% applies |
| No cancellation and no attendance | No refund |
| Cancellation by the Company, or closure of the Hub on a booked day | Full refund or, at the member's choice, transfer to another day |
2.2 As an alternative to cancellation, a member may move a booking to another open day at no charge, subject to availability.
2.3 Bookings may be cancelled or moved from My bookings on hub.lewagonindia.com, or by replying to the WhatsApp reminder.
2.4 A week pass is priced as a whole. Where some of its days are cancelled, the refund is calculated on those days' share of the price. Bookings made at an introductory price are refunded at the price paid.
3. Short courses
3.1 Refunds for short courses, including the AI & Data Automation course, are as follows:
| Time of cancellation | Refund |
|---|---|
| At any time before the course starts | Full refund or, at the participant's choice, transfer to a later cohort |
| After the course has started | Refund pro rata to the days remaining. Access to the course material ends on withdrawal |
| Cancellation or postponement by the Company | Full refund or, at the participant's choice, a place on another cohort |
4. Bootcamps
4.1 Refunds for bootcamps, including the AI Software Development bootcamp, follow the training agreement:
Where the participant cancels before the programme starts, all amounts paid are refunded.
Where the Company terminates the programme, all amounts paid are refunded.
Where the participant withdraws during the programme, the fee is calculated pro rata to actual attendance and any amount paid in excess is refunded. Access to the course material ends on withdrawal.
Where force majeure (including natural disasters, epidemics and government orders) prevents the participant from attending, only the services actually provided are payable, pro rata.
5. Payment of refunds
5.1 The Company initiates approved refunds within seven working days through its third-party payment gateway.
5.2 Refunds are made only to the original method of payment: a card payment is refunded to the same card and a UPI payment to the same UPI account. Refunds cannot be made to any other account.
5.3 The Company notifies the User by WhatsApp and email once the payment gateway confirms that the refund has been processed.
5.4 Once processed, refunds are normally credited within the following periods:
| Original method of payment | Normal credit period |
|---|---|
| UPI | 2 to 7 working days |
| Credit or debit card | 5 to 10 working days |
| Netbanking | 2 to 10 working days |
| Wallet | 0 to 3 working days |
5.5 Apart from any cancellation fee stated above, no deduction is made from refunds. A GST credit note is issued against the original invoice for every refund.
6. Refund requests and enquiries
6.1 Refund requests and enquiries may be sent to hello@lewagonindia.com or by WhatsApp to +91 97406 60921, quoting the booking reference (for example, HUB-88089) or the invoice number.
6.2 Where a refund has not been credited within the periods above, the User should inform the Company, which will follow up with the payment gateway and the User's bank.
